Paid and promotional access
Premium is a paid monthly subscription costing USD 6.99, automatically renewed until cancelled. Temporary promotional access is separate and ends on the date shown in your account without creating a payment obligation.
Ending a monthly subscription
Renewal and price information is shown before purchase. You can request cancellation through account billing management or by emailing support. Unless the purchase terms or mandatory law provide otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Closing an account and cancelling renewal are different requests; tell us if you want both.
Statutory withdrawal
Eligible consumers concluding a distance contract generally have 14 days to withdraw, subject to applicable rules for the service or digital content supplied. Send a clear statement to our email or postal address. Simply using the site does not by itself waive statutory rights. Where early performance or loss of a withdrawal right requires express consent and acknowledgement, these must be obtained separately before the relevant performance. This page is not that consent.
Refunds and service problems
Mandatory refunds and remedies remain available for a valid withdrawal, incorrect charges or a service that does not meet applicable contractual requirements. Contact support with your account email, relevant date and issue description. Do not send full card details. We will respond to complaints within 14 days. Refunds due will be made within the applicable legal period. There is no blanket no-refunds rule.
Optional withdrawal statement
You may use: “To Hey Hello Ewa Prażmowska-Bekiersz, Sosnowiecka 56, 42-221 Częstochowa, Poland; sebastian@astrealume.com. I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], concluded on [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only for a statement sent on paper.
